| Have you ever tried to be an intentive listener, setting aside your own prejudices and desires, stepping into the talker’shoes, and comforting the talker with all the philosophies that you have learnt or heard from somewhere, such as“It will all become the past, just take it easy!”,”Everything will be easy before it is difficult!”, “God favors those who are perseverant and diligent!”. But there is one problem that those learned philosophies can not be applied on every occasion and the truth or the outcome may go totally out of your expectation. In other words, those words that are intended to comfort the failure or the sufferer turn out to be bullshit in the end.
Actually, in most cases, we are sceptical about what have automatically slipped out from our mouth, mainly those apparently encouraging and soothing statements with any virtual uses. Sometimes, we don’t actually have a belief in hard work, which may not be an equal to naturally-born gift, and neither do we swell with pride just because we are super scholars but with an awful body figure. See? That is why having heard about tons of philosophies, we are still unable to harness our life. |
