Time passed so quickly, the ten-day summer camp has completed. I missed it very much. On the ninth day, we made a electrocute by using flour. We went to the Chemistry Lab. Rebecca gave us some flour with vinegar and some flour with candy. The flour with vinegar is electric and the flour with candy is nonconducting. At first, we inserted the bulb into electric flour, and then we connected the battery. But it didn’t work. Why? We soon found out it was short circuit. So it didn’t work. Then, I changed to another group and did it myself. I put some electric flour, then I put the nonconducting between them. Two bulb wires have apart, are respectively inserted into the electric flour. It bright, but the light intensity is different. Why? I tried to put the wires closer to the darkest bulb. It became brightly. I also understood that the higher voltage, the less electricity will loss. I learned a lot from making electrocute by using the flour. |
