Now many people like to keep animals as pets.

However, we have to admit that animals are helpful to people. A police dog can help the police catch more thieves easily. A rescue dog can save more people. A guide dog can lead the blind man to somewhere. It is good for us to keep pets. They can make the old not feel lonely. Dogs can also take good care of our houses.
We should be friendly to animals. They are our best friends. We must get along with them well like our families.
