Many people like to keep animals as pets because they are very helpful. You must be very patient.

To keep a pet is not easy. Pets need to spend a lot of time and money.

But animals can help people a lot. For example, police dog can help policemen catch bad men. And pets can make us happy. They can play with old men and make old people aren't alone. They are very helpful and friendly. We can't live without them. We should cherish the animal.
