Guangzhou is the capital of Guangdong province, and it lies in the south of China, and it is the biggest city in southern China. Guangzhou is not only an ancient city with a long history, but also a beautiful and modern city.

Guangzhou is known as "the City of Flower", because you can see many colorful flowers and green trees everywhere all the year, there are many kinds of flowers in Guangzhou. It isn't very hot in summer like cities in the centre of China, and it is warm in winter, so it makes the plants grow well. I like Guanzhou's winter best, because it is the best season for people to go outside for activities. The weather is nice for the people to live and it is different from the UK.

There are many places of interest in Guangzhou, for example, the Yuexiu Park, the Baiyun Hill and the famous Canton Tower. If you like to go shopping, Guangzhou is the right place for you to have the trip. You can go to Xiajiu Road, because there are many department stores which are famous in the world. You can buy some delicious dim sum in the Guangzhou Restaurant to enjoy with your friends when you back to the UK.

Guangzhou is also famous for its relish food. The dim sun here is different from that of in the UK, so you can really enjoy the delicious local food in Guangzhou. And the sea food in here is well-known all over the world, and the taste of it is fantastic!
