One of the most powerful things you will ever do for your life is take responsibility for it. Take responsibility for exactly where you are right now.

To acknowledge it's me that must be better. To say I'm sorry to others or to yourself. To say I can do better. To say I will do better.

Because when you accept full responsibility for your life, you take control of your life, that means accepting full responsibility for the quality of your relationships.

Taking full responsibility for your results. Taking full responsibility for everything. Because when you take responsibility, you take control. 

对于你做事的结果，你要百分百负责。对于所有事情，你都要百分百负责。因为，当你选择负起责任，你就掌握了主动权。

When you blame others, you have no control over your life. If your quality of life in your mind is determined by the actions of others or a result of your past, you are a prisoner to that past and at the mercy of other people and their actions. 

如果你埋怨别人，你就对自己的人生失去了控制。如果，你认为，你的人生过得怎么样，是由别人做的事情决定的，或者是由你的过去决定的，那么，你就永远会被禁锢在过去，而且任由别人的所作所为摆布。

When you are constantly blaming other people and circumstances for where you are in life, there's nothing you can do to fix it, because there's nothing you can do to fix them. 

如果你现在过得不好，又不断地抱怨别人，抱怨外部环境，那么，你没有办法改善现状，因为你无法改变别人，也无法改变外部环境。

Instead, ask, what could I do better? How can I see things differently? How can I grow so no event and no person can change how I feel? 

反之，你要问自己，有什么事情，是我可以做得更好的？如何以不同的角度看待问题？怎样我才能成长，才能不让别的人、别的事影响我的感受？

Nothing can change my direction and purpose in life. Maybe it means removing yourself from certain situations, environments, or toxic people, whatever the case, it's you that has to accept that you are the only person that can make those changes and therefore make your life better. 

什么都改变不了我的人生方向和追求。也许，这意味着，让自己远离某些事情，某些环境，某些糟糕的人，无论怎么样，你，要接受一个事实，那就是，只有你能做出改变并让自己的人生更美好。

It's full ownership, full ownership of your State of Mind, full ownership of your mindset, not the circumstances, not other's behavior, not the wrongdoing of others, but how you respond to it all. 

这是充分的把握，把握好自己的心态，把握好自己的思维，而不是外部环境、别人的行为、别人做的错事。你如何应对这一切，这才是最重要的。

There's nothing more powerful you can do for yourself than develop a mindset that can handle any situation with clarity, perspective, and strength. Nothing. If you can handle any person, or any situation, in complete peace and clarity of purpose, nothing will ever get to you. 

培养条理清晰、见解独到、充满力量的心态，让它帮你处理所有的状况。如果你应对不同的人和事的时候，能够抱着平和的心态，保持清晰的目的，那么没有什么能够阻挠你。

Nothing will stop you from moving toward and living your purpose. Full ownership. Full responsibility. It's letting go of the story, the story of why you can't, the story of why always me? The story of the victim. The story of your limits. 

没有什么能阻止你实现目标。百分百的把握，百分百的负责。放下执念，不要再纠结为什么你做不到，不要再想为什么你总是这么倒霉，不要再让自己消极被动，不要总是盯着自己的缺点。

It's letting it all go. Releasing the heavy weight from your back, that way that burden you've been dragging around for years that does nothing to strengthen you. It's only been draining the life. It's time to let it go. 

要放手，放下一切。放下背上沉重的负担。你已经背负它太久了，它也没有令你更坚强，反而消耗了你的生命力。所以，是时候放下它了。

Go stand tall and be free of it. Experience that freedom that comes when you declare that you are in charge of your feelings and emotions. 

站起来，充满自信，不再受它羁绊。当你向全世界宣布，你的感受你做主，你的情绪你做主，这时你会得到自由，好好体验这份自由吧。

No one else, no one can invade your peace without your permission. No one can knock you off your path off your center without your permission. 

如果你不允许，就没有人能够扰乱你内心的平静。如果你不允许，就没有人能够让你偏离你的轨道。

No one can stop you from believing in the good of this world. No one can stop you from knowing your power, your purpose here in life. 

没有人能阻止你相信世间的美好。没有人能阻止你感受自己的力量和人生追求。

No one, and no circumstance can stop you from working toward your purpose. No one can. Because you take full responsibility for everything, you own up to your actions, your mistakes, your failures, your wins, your losses, your setbacks, and your growth. 

任何人、任何事都不能阻止你实现自己的追求。没有人做得到。因为，你对一切负责，你自己的行为，你犯的错误，你曾经的失败，你的胜利，你的损失，你的逆境，你的成长，这些都由你自己负责。

It's all on you. And it's where your greatest power is. You are your greatest power. You've always known it at some level. Now take ownership of it.

一切的一切，都取决于你，这就体现了你的力量有多么伟大。你是自己最强大的力量。在某种程度上，你一直都明白这个道理。现在，把握好自己的力量，让它绽放光芒吧。
