话题二：时间与犯罪---Time and Crime
- 教材分析及设计思路
教材分析
本次课采用了《新方略》中关于“时间”的话题整合复习。U35单元的内容是刑事与战争，U36的内容是时间，两个单元所涉及的话题和词汇内容非常多，仅是刑事一个分支话题就有54个词汇/组。即使是以话题为主线将相关词汇总在一起，以上所涉及的每个教学环节间的联系依然比较松散。再者，部分学生总是认为《新方略》的词汇练习与高考题型无直接关联，学习起来动力不足，高三教学也确实需要应试技巧的指导。基于这两点原因，本节课尝试从故事情景出发，突出两个单元重点词汇，根据学生练习中出错率较高的问题，结合高考题型设计如下课程。
设计思路
本堂课以刑事与时间的关联——侦探破案，为出发点，借助《名侦探柯南》的故事，创设一个故事主线，以主人翁Xu的死亡为起点，引发悬念，引导学生寻找嫌疑人动机，借助侦探提示引导，最后推理出真凶。在解开故事谜底的过程中，创设与高考题型（语法填空、短文改错、完形填空、写作）类似的语言任务，从而进一步培养学生的英语素养能力。
- 学情分析
高二上的学习涉及了较多的时态问题，学生对与不同的时间状语及用法不太能分清。本班学生整体状态良好，比较活跃，有一小部分学生思维灵敏，基础良好，踊跃发言。还有一部分学生层次较薄弱。应对两级分化，也是课堂和课后要重点解决的问题。
